Let's review shall we.
Sigh. Months eight, nine, ten.
Oh my goodness. Sweet, sweet, boy...
You are a sleeper, eater, giggle box.
You love your naps and you love going to bed.
We rarely hear a peep from you once you're in bed.
This is the month you rejected my purrees. For reals, screamed with angry fists.
You only wanted the food the big guys were eating.
And that high pitched squeal of a laugh...contagious.
Are you kidding me with this face? (and the mismatched socks. Nothing new.)
This month (and it may have been earlier) you dance.
It's the BEST. Any song, any beat.
You nod your head and rock your little baby body back and forth. Thank you for that.
Also, you can't get enough of your big brother. Which isn't new but now you want to play with whatever he has and you just want to be where he is. It's precious.
Especially when you turn in your stroller and get him. Not Graham's favorite activity.
But he did love climbing in your crib. And you two squeeeealed with delight together. It was like sweet music to our ears.
Ten months. 10 10 10.
Ten months brought your first fever and the longest cuddles ever.
Secretly, part of me enjoyed your head on my chest for hours.
But my heart ached when my hand felt your little face.
Oh AND last but not least, your first words!!
"Ball, bye-bye, woof, tree"
I think you might say "ball" at least 57 times a day.
And all of a sudden you wave and say "bye bye" to everyone. How is this happening already?
Your dad still is skeptical about "chee...chee" But you look and point at the trees.
Sooooooooo, yep. First words.
