Our trip gift for Christmas 2011
was an adventure week in Mammoth!
Adventure with a capital A.
Wow, what a wonderful week.
We came up on the 4th of July.
So obviously we were sporting our red, white, and blue.
Small town patriotic parade? Count us in. Duh.
(Don't worry Bear Valley. You are far superior.)
Men spectating.
How cute are they in their matching stripes?
Red, white, and beard.
We are meant to be together on this day.
First bike ride of many.
Graham is really starting to love his trailer.
I promise we bought you a helmet, Grahamy.
We just forgot. And we got plenty of judgy glances.
How fun would this picture have been? Dang.
Trolly ride up to the Lakes bike ride. Cutsie Bells.
Twin Falls photo opp.
Love this man of mine.
So thankful for this best of friendship.
So thankful for this dare devil and all the
adventure-seeking she has instilled in us.
We love Mom.
Matchy slop braids.
Wind blown.
Independence day BBQ means burgers,
corn, and sparkler straws.
The best.
Let's fish the Owen's River.
Let's all catch fish.
Check it: 2 casts each, 2 fish each.
Boom.
Although our guided fly fishing tour
didn't quite go as planned, Kyle caught a beauty!
It was pretty awesome.
We hiked. Happy little campers.
Picnicing and bubbles. Graham you did SO great.
You can't beat that smile. You just can't.
Think of all the places Jaffy has been with us...
BFFs.
Ok. This picture is to prove that we did it.
Carolyn, Chad, Zach, Caitlynn, Kyle, and I took the lift up to the tippy top of Mammoth Mountain and biked
the treacherous, gorgeous, thrilling
ride down to the Village.
There were crashes upon crashes upon crashes.
There were screams. There were laughs.
Broken glasses, broken bikes, broken skin.
One of the best things we've ever done in our lives.
I told you, Adventure with a capital A.
